For over 31 years PJS Jazz Society has presented a “Second Sunday Jazz Series” of concerts on the Second Sunday of the months from September until April of the following year. The last and final concert of the year is always a tribute to a legend.

The FPC Women's Society received an financial donation in honor of Ziporah  Semle,

the mother of Mrs. Jocelyn Ambrose, who passed away on July 26, 2012.

Ms. Semle was a longtime member of The Women's Guild in her native Ghana
